REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Credit card refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 2-4 days.
Store credit refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with Hype House Chains.
EXCHANGES
Our exchange policy is 24 hours from time of delivery. You much contact us within that period of time to be eligible for an exchange.
Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your exchange is approved, we will notify you via email with the next steps to follow.
FREE ITEMS
Free items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless they arrive defective.
